Alaska-Rent-A-Car is hiring for Management and Supervisory roles within our car rental operations.

As a Manager or Supervisor, you’ll help lead daily operations, support and develop employees, and ensure our customers receive a friendly and efficient rental experience. Depending on the position, your responsibilities may include overseeing rental counters, customer service, vehicle preparation, fleet availability, or other operational functions.

What You'll Do

• Lead daily operations to support efficient service, vehicle readiness, and a positive customer experience
• Train, coach, and support employees while setting clear expectations for performance and accountability
• Coordinate staffing, schedules, and daily assignments to meet business needs
• Support sales performance and SOE-driven service standards, including appropriate recommendations for upgrades, protections, and additional services
• Resolve customer concerns and operational challenges professionally and promptly
• Monitor rental transactions, documentation, and operational procedures for accuracy and consistency
• Promote safe work practices and compliance with company policies
• Work with other departments and leadership to improve teamwork, service quality, and operational efficiency

What We're Looking For

Experience in car rental, hospitality, retail, customer service, or operations is helpful. Previous management, supervisory, or team leadership experience is preferred, with qualifications considered based on the position.

Requirements

• Valid Driver's License
• Good driving record (low points)
• Good typing skills and computer literacy
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to lead a team and maintain professional service standards
• Flexibility to work schedules that meet operational needs, including weekends and      holidays as required
