Assistant Bookkeeper

We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to support our financial operations at Blue Whale Lending LLC. This position plays a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring the smooth functioning of our bookkeeping processes.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in maintaining financial records and ledgers.Process invoices and manage accounts payable.Conduct bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial statements.Support month-end closing procedures and prepare financial reports.Communicate with clients and vendors regarding financial transactions.Assist with audits and provide necessary documentation.RequirementsProven experience in a bookkeeping or accounting role.Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
