The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to think critically.Key Responsibilities:- Collect and analyze large complex datasets from various sources and platforms- Develop and implement data collection systems, processes, and strategies- Identify and interpret trends and patterns in data sets- Create and maintain reports and dashboards to present data findings in a clear and concise manner- Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and understand business needs and provide data-driven insights and recommendations- Develop and maintain databases and data systems, including data cleansing, data manipulation, and data mining- Monitor data quality, spot errors, and make necessary corrections to ensure accurate and reliable information- Develop and implement data analysis tools and models to improve business processes and operations- Communicate complex findings and insights to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in data analysis and toolsQualifications:- Bachelor's Degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field- Minimum of 3 years of experience in data analysis or related role- Advanced knowledge of SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI- Experience with statistical analysis and predictive modeling- Strong understanding of data mining techniques and databases- Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously- Strong attention to detail and accuracy- Effective communication and presentation skills- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams- Familiarity with CRM systems and real estate industry is a plusWe offer a competitive salary and benefits package, as well as the opportunity to work with a dynamic and growing team.
