Someone who is passionate about data and user research. A deep understanding in complex system design and Information architecture is important, as it is a crucial part of understanding the Phenom ecosystem.You will be collaborating closely with engineering teams, design teams and leaders across the company to refine our thinking and to best serve our purpose.   Key qualifications4-5 years of experience designing business facing (B2B) digital experiences.Proven expertise in multiple areas of UX design, including research, IA, visual, prototyping, etc.Clear, concise verbal and written communication skills both in Hebrew and English.Excellent presentation skills.Experience in User interviews and user testing.Proficiency in design tools (Axure, Figma, Miro etc…).Familiarity with design systems and branding guidelines.Experience working and collaborating with designers, product managers, engineers, and other key stakeholders. Online portfolio of professional work is required. About the job As a senior UX designer, your work will focus on:Pursuing complex problems for our customers needs and turn them into user-friendly solutions using the latest design tools. Exploring opportunities for our product to grow and evolve. Defining and aligning problem statements and genuine user needs while collecting and synthesizing background information and data from all likely sources. Collaboration with people from different teams and engage with multiple stakeholders.It will be important to show your work, keep it organized and logical, while eliminating confusion and getting to the bottom of issues quickly. Additional RequirementsBeing proactive and curious are important traits for this position.Willingness to work from our offices at least once a week is an advantage for this position.
