We’re looking for a Director of Public Relations & Communications to lead integrated media relations, executive communications, and digital storytelling programs for climate and energy companies like Mantel, Lunar Energy, and Carbon180.
The ideal candidate for this opportunity can counsel clients, guide teams, and lead the moments that matter: major announcements, narrative pivots, creative campaigns, and key business milestones. They have a strong foundation in technology communications and climate/energy, and a track record of success producing full-funnel communications programs.
Account Directors at LaunchSquad lead four to five client accounts, partnering with senior leaders and clients to build and run narrative-driven communications programs. They translate complexity into clear, compelling stories and drive how and where those stories show up across media, executive platforms, and social channels. They’ll also play a key role in developing talent, coaching teams, upholding high-quality work standards, and helping others grow.
