About the Role
- This internship is designed for university students interested in project management within large-scale construction projects
- As an Assistant Project Manager Intern, you will support the planning, coordination, and execution of data centre construction projects, gaining hands-on experience in managing timelines, resources, and stakeholders
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in project planning, scheduling, and coordination of construction activities
- Support tracking of project progress, milestones, and deliverables
- Help prepare reports, presentations, and project documentation
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and internal teams
- Attend project meetings and assist in recording minutes and action items
- Support cost tracking, procurement processes, and budget monitoring
- Assist in identifying project risks and support mitigation planning
- Ensure compliance with project requirements, quality standards, and safety protocols

- Gain practical exposure to project management in construction and data center environments
- Understand project lifecycle from planning to execution

Eligibility Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a university program (Diploma or Degree) in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or related field
- Strong interest in construction project management
- Basic understanding of project management principles is an advantage
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Willingness to work on-site and adapt to a dynamic construction environment
Preferred Qualifications (Optional)
- Relevant coursework or prior internship in project management or construction
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, or similar)
- Basic knowledge of construction processes and methodologies
