VTT Management, Inc. has an immediate opening for an experienced Maintenance Technician who has worked in the apartment industry who has HVAC experience.
This position will work on day to day:
*Preventative maintenance
*Maintenance requests
*Building projects
*Some electrical
*Carpentry projects
*Unit turns
*General upkeep of residential apartment buildings
*Some grounds upkeep in the spring, summer and fall
*Other duties as assigned
Requirements
We are looking for someone with proven skills, who is a team player with the below listed required skills:
*3 years of Property Management Maintenance preferred
*EPA Certification preferred
*HVAC experience preferred
*Electrical, carpentry and plumbing skills preferred
*Superior customer service
*Ability to work independently and take direction from superiors
*On-call responsibilities and weekend rotation is mandatory
*Excellent communication and people skills in order to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
