Join Allied Universal as an unarmed officer in a fast-paced logistics and distribution location, where you will monitor activity, conduct routine patrols, and remain visible to help deter security-related incidents. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observed activity and reporting concerns through appropriate channels.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the distribution and shipping location, including interior work areas, parking areas, loading zones, and perimeter access points.
• Monitor entrances, exits, trailer yards, and/or package handling areas to help to deter unauthorized access, unusual activity, and policy violations.
• Support site operations by assisting with access control, verifying credentials when required, and communicating clearly with supervisors, employees, and/or first responders during routine and unusual events.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• The ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.
• A guard card and/or license is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• X-ray screening experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
