Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Building Maintenance personnel at FINFROCK.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Perform general maintenance tasks including basic plumbing, and electrical repairs.
- Address work orders promptly.
- Repair walls, doors, flooring, and windows as needed.
- Replace lighting, air filters, and other consumables regularly.
- Monitor and support building safety systems (fire alarms, sprinklers, emergency exits).
- You must adhere to FINFROCK safety standards including the personal protective equipment required for the area.
- Personal protective equipment will be required for most areas to work, including boots, hard-hats and gloves. Depending on the position you work in, safety glasses, hearing protection, dust mask and other PPE may be required.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure a safe working environment.
- This is a full-time position that may vary outside the normal work hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Depending on the area you work in, the shift may require working in the early morning or at night and sometimes overtime, or weekend shifts to meet production needs.
Qualifications
- Can read and pass a tape measure test.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in commercial building maintenance or facilities operations.
- Working knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical and general repair work.
- Ability to troubleshoot issues and resolve them efficiently.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Can safely lift 50 lbs. at any given time during shift and stand for extended periods.
- Must be able to work independently and prioritize tasks.
