Integration Engineer

Provide consultative Business and System Integration services to help clients implement effective solutions. Understand and translate customer needs into business and technology solutions. Drive discussions and consult on transformation, the customer journey, functional/application designs and ensure technology and business solutions represent business requirements.

Summary: As an Integration Engineer, a typical day involves engaging with clients to understand their business needs and translating those requirements into effective technology solutions. The role includes facilitating discussions around business transformation and customer experience, collaborating with various stakeholders to design functional and application solutions that align with business objectives. This position requires continuous interaction with multiple teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of services that meet client expectations. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure alignment and successful project outcomes. - Mentor team members to foster professional growth and enhance team capabilities. - Monitor project progress and implement improvements to optimize performance. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in PeopleSoft Development. - Additional Good To Have Skills: Experience with Oracle PeopleSoft Financials, PeopleSoft PeopleTools. - Strong knowledge of PeopleSoft architecture and integration frameworks. - Experience in designing and implementing system interfaces and data integrations. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues within PeopleSoft environments. - Familiarity with software development lifecycle and best practices in application development. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in PeopleSoft Development. - This position is based at our Manila office.
