What We’re Looking For:
We are seeking a friendly and detail-oriented Housekeeping Runner to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be proactive, motivated, and committed to providing an unforgettable experience for every guest.
Respond promptly and handle housekeeping needs and guest requests personally and/or refer as appropriate.
Operate a Smartphone device to access assignments and submit, respond, follow and close work orders and guest requests assigned. Ensure Smartphone device and communications equipment works properly and follows proper etiquette when communicating over the radio.
Provide complimentary toiletries to guests, such as toothpaste, toothbrush, shampoo. Deliver rollaways, cribs, linens and other items requested by guests and remove runner items from hallways.
Perform all duties in a timely and efficient manner.
Maintain inventories supplies, obtains supplies necessary to support forecasted level of business, maintain closets stock, clean and organize.
Maintain regular and reliable attendance in alignment with company standards and operational needs.
Embrace flexibility by performing other duties as assigned to support team and organizational goals.
Your Experience Includes:
- Previous experience in hospitality or relevant industry preferred.
- Familiarity with HOTSOS preferred.
- Must complete OSHA-mandated safety training within the first 30 days of employment. Position requires the ability to communicate effectively in English with team members, leaders, and guests.
- Position requires flexibility to work a varied schedule, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays, as scheduled.
- Position requires prolonged standing, walking, lifting, pushing, and pulling 50+ pounds repetitively throughout shift.
