## Your Responsibilities

As an Inventory Analyst for John Deere Waterloo Works located in Waterloo, IA, you will:

• Maintain accurate records for direct materials, reconcile discrepancies, conduct root cause analysis, and drive corrective action
• Work closely with Operations, Production Control, Manufacturing Engineers, Department Auditors, and other factory teams to ensure inventory accuracy
• Participate in Cycle Counts and Monthly Financial Inventory Audits
• Develop innovative and proactive methods to identify and resolve inventory issues before escalation

## What Skills You Need

• 2 or more years in roles that demonstrate a working knowledge of Material Flow
• 2 or more years in a manufacturing environment
• 2 or more years demonstrating a high level of attention to detail and accuracy
• 2 or more years collaborating with peers and teams cross functionally

## What Makes You Standout

• Cross-functional work experience in Materials and at least one other function and/or factory
• Experience or certifications in Root Cause Analysis methodology
• Fluency in SAP with experience in warehouse environments
• Ability to collaborate and drive action within cross-functional teams
• Proficient in analyzing extensive data sets to uncover emerging trends and issues, ensuring timely and informed decision-making
• Understanding assembly line and process design, material presentation and delivery, and corresponding visual management tools

## Education

Ideally, you will have a degree or equivalent related work experience in the following:

• High School diploma or GED or equivalent work experience
