All products are designed to be Ready to Tile™, allowing installers to apply tile directly onto a leak-proof surface. This significantly simplifies the shower installation process for building professionals and contractors, reducing installation time and labor costs while delivering high-quality, customizable solutions for residential and institutional projects.

 

About the Role

The primary goal of the Order Management Specialist is to manage customer orders, arrange transportation, and provide the warehouse with shipping and packing documents to fulfill customer orders. A typical day will be spent processing orders with phone or email contact with customers and carriers, along with interacting with our transportation management system to obtain/edit shipping paperwork. 

 

What you’ll do

Sales Order Processing 

•  Run transaction through account software (Quickbooks). 

•  Utilize Shopify to quote and place orders. 

•  Process orders through system (WMS) and ensure proper paperwork is attached to orders to ensure proper fulfillment and shipping.

 Phone Coverage 

• Speak with customers and carriers directly to ensure a smooth customer journey. 

• Answering, screening, and directing calls to the appropriate departments. 

• Ensure prompt and professional service. 

• Ability to listen to and direct voice mails to the appropriate departments. 

 

What You Bring

• Detail oriented with ability to multitask 

• Ability to think critically and work autonomously 

• 2–4 years of experience in sales support, order processing, or related administrative roles. 

• Technical Skills: Proficiency with ERP/accounting systems (QuickBooks preferred); strong Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) skills. 

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry. 

• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. 

• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal. 

• Ability to collaborate across sales, engineering, operations, and finance teams. 

What Success Looks Like

• Phone calls answered daily 

• Timeliness and Accuracy of order process flow via EDI system to internal systems. 

• Percentage of calls going to voicemail vs being answered
