The Head of Integration and Channel Strategy is responsible for driving the end-to-end integration of Corporate Communications and Public Affairs strategies, ensuring alignment, consistency, and effective execution of narratives across media, digital platforms, stakeholder channels, and community ecosystems.
Leads and integrates strategies across Corporate Communications, Public Affairs, Media Affairs, and IMCR to ensure one cohesive narrative system across all channels.
Designs and operationalizes channel strategy frameworks, ensuring the right narratives are deployed across appropriate platforms (earned, owned, shared, stakeholder, and community channels).
Drives early-stage narrative formation, including identification, framing, and deconstruction of emerging issues, misinformation, and reputational risks.
Establishes and governs real-time response architecture (0–12h, 12–36h, 36–72h), ensuring timely and coordinated execution across teams.
Leads community-based narrative activation.
Ensures alignment of communications strategies with regulatory, policy, and stakeholder engagement priorities.
Translates insights from monitoring tools (e.g., Meltwater, Nerve, social listening platforms) into adaptive communication strategies and action plans.
Drives continuous process optimization and integration across teams to improve efficiency, speed, and effectiveness of communications delivery.
Leads cross-functional collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to ensure consistent narrative deployment and stakeholder alignment.
