Talis Group’s award-winning client, an established mid-sized Louisville law firm, is seeking a Family Law Attorney to join its collaborative and supportive team. This position focuses primarily on mediation and resolving family law matters, with some litigation as needed. - Represent clients in a variety of family law matters, including divorce, custody, parenting time, and related disputes.

- Handle family law litigation when negotiation or mediation does not resolve the matter.
- Develop case strategies, advise clients on their legal options, and guide them through complex and often sensitive issues.
- Draft and review pleadings, settlement agreements, and other legal documents.
- Maintain strong client relationships through responsive communication, sound judgment, and compassionate counsel.
Highlighted Requirements:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
- Active license to practice law in Kentucky.
- Experience handling family law matters, including mediation and litigation.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and legal writing skills.
