Our Newest Opportunity:
Summary:
The Manager, Wealth Growth Marketing connects OneDigital’s national marketing capabilities with advisor growth across the West and Central regions—helping advisors put campaigns, tools, resources, and growth initiatives to work in their local markets. With an advisor-first, consultative mindset, this individual partners with wealth advisors and teams as they build and execute their growth plans, helping them prioritize opportunities, strengthen prospecting practices, improve pipeline visibility, adopt AI-enabled solutions, and activate client, center-of-influence, and cross-practice referral strategies.
Reporting to the Director, Financial Services Field Operations, this role operates at the intersection of field marketing, sales enablement, and growth operations. This individual adapts national programs for local relevance and develops market-level campaigns where opportunities exist. By bringing regional insights to national teams and scaling proven practices across markets, this role strengthens alignment between national strategy and local needs while helping advisors build more consistent, effective growth practices.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Serve as a trusted growth marketing consultant to wealth advisors, helping them prioritize high-impact opportunities and translate national marketing programs into practical, locally relevant growth activation plans.
- Partner with advisors as they build their individual growth plans, connecting them to the national campaigns, tools, content, programs, and enablement resources best suited to their goals, specialties, and local market opportunities—and driving adoption of growth-enablement platforms and other approved AI and convergence solutions through individual and small-group enablement.
- Adapt national campaigns and marketing assets for local market relevance and develop local market campaigns and activations where national programs do not address a specific regional opportunity.
- Help advisors incorporate AI-enabled tools and digital coworkers into their prospecting practices to identify opportunities, prioritize outreach, and build more consistent business development habits while reinforcing responsible use, data quality, and compliance requirements.
- Use CRM data, performance indicators, and field insights to monitor campaign participation, lead response, opportunity progression, advisor engagement, technology adoption, referral activity, and event outcomes—identifying execution gaps and recommending practical actions that improve follow-through and results.
- Support consistent execution of the Workplace to Wealth program by reinforcing program standards, lead-management processes, follow-up expectations, and CRM requirements; monitoring opportunity progression; and partnering with advisors and market leaders to address execution barriers.
- Enable wealth advisors to develop and activate client, center-of-influence (COI), and cross-practice referral strategies, recognize growth opportunities, and engage the appropriate partners to advance warm introductions and referrals.
- Advise wealth advisors and market leaders on event strategy for seminars, webinars, sponsorships, client appreciation programs, centers-of-influence events, and other prospecting initiatives—including audience selection, engagement objectives, lead-capture and follow-up approaches, and measures of success.
- Support the integration and onboarding of newly acquired and newly joined advisors and teams by connecting them with relevant marketing programs, growth resources, and enablement opportunities that accelerate adoption and field activation.
- Serve as the connection point between the field and national teams—surfacing resource gaps, advisor feedback, local-market intelligence, and successful practices that can be scaled so national teams can strengthen campaigns, resources, technology investments, and enablement priorities while maintaining alignment between enterprise strategy and local-market needs.
Qualifications, Skills and Requirements:
Required
- Strong consulting and facilitation skills, with the ability to turn strategy into practical action and influence stakeholders without direct authority.
- Strong understanding of pipeline and funnel marketing, including lead management, conversion, opportunity progression, and pipeline visibility.
- Proficiency with Salesforce and experience using CRM data to evaluate activity, identify opportunities, and inform recommendations.
- Ability to interpret data, recognize patterns, diagnose barriers, and identify successful practices that can be standardized and scaled across markets.
- Ability to adapt enterprise programs to local-market needs while maintaining alignment with national strategy, standards, and priorities.
- Strong written, verbal, organizational, and relationship-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities across a large geographic territory.
- Ability to travel throughout the West and Central regions as business needs require.
Preferred
- Familiarity with broader financial services landscape, including retirement plan consulting and nonqualified executive benefits solutions.
- Experience supporting referral programs, COI strategies, and advisor-led event strategies.
- Experience driving cross-practice or converged growth.
- Experience driving adoption of AI-enabled sales, marketing, prospecting, or revenue-intelligence tools.
- Familiarity with Seismic, ZoomInfo, intent-data platforms, marketing automation, and reporting tools.
- Experience supporting the integration and onboarding of newly acquired or newly joined advisors and teams.
Education, Training and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent related experience
- 6+ years of experience in field marketing, advisor marketing, growth marketing, sales enablement, revenue operations, or a related discipline.
- Experience in the wealth management industry and a strong understanding of the financial advisor role and advisor-led growth.
- Experience developing and executing marketing campaigns, including audience selection, segmentation, messaging, channel approach, and performance measurement.
