Packaging Supervisor

You will manage an hourly workforce responsible for all packaging operations including Receiving, Packaging production, Replenishment & Picking of Consumables, Consolidation and Shipping.

What you'll do...

• Manage hourly workforce responsible for all packaging operations: Receiving, Packaging, Replenishment, Picking, and Shipping

• Responsible for delivering objectives related to Safety, Quality, Efficiency, Absenteeism, Cost and Cleanliness

• Interact with other salary employees, and suppliers to deliver successful results

• Carry out Company practice/policy in the areas of work standards, discipline, training, and personnel administration

• Maintain a positive working relationship with employees and Leadership, including fair and equal administration of the contract

• Facilitate crew meetings.

• Prepare/maintain work related records as needed

• Develop daily RTO to ensure proper utilization of manpower (including any overtime and vacation)

• Lead CIP, Safety, Ergo teams

• Actively participate in all Continuous Improvement Process Teams

• This is an onsite position requiring the flexibility to work any shift, including nights, weekends, and holidays per business needs

• There is no hybrid option for this position

You'll have...

• High School Diploma or GED

• Minimum 1 year leadership experience

• Minimum 1 year work experience in similar positions

• Hard working and willing to learn

• Positive attitude with a focus on problem solving

• Strong organizational skills and ability to demand accountability from all employees

• Ability to motivate and lead others around a common goal

• Self-motivated and proactive approach to resolving issues

• Excellent oral and written communication skills

• Ability to interpret data, evaluate actions, and reach logical conclusions

• Goal oriented individual

This position is a salary grade 7 and ranges from $84,480-141,360.

This position is a salary grade 8 and ranges from $96,720-162,120.
