Digital Marketing Manager (Automotive R2)

About the Challenge

As a Digital Marketing Manager (Automotive R2), you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive sales performance. You will oversee digital campaigns, manage online marketing channels, analyze market trends, and ensure all marketing initiatives align with business objectives.

You will work closely with sales teams, business leaders, creative teams, and external partners to develop impactful campaigns, optimize customer engagement, and maximize marketing effectiveness.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Management, or a related field.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role; experience in the automotive industry is preferred.

• Strong expertise in digital marketing strategy, SEO/SEM, social media marketing, paid advertising, content marketing, and lead generation.

• Proven experience in managing digital campaigns, marketing budgets, performance analytics, and ROI optimization using tools such as Google Analytics and advertising platforms.

• Excellent leadership, communication, analytical thinking, project management, and stakeholder management skills, with a strong understanding of digital consumer behavior and market trends.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies and annual marketing plans aligned with business objectives, brand positioning, and sales targets.

• Lead end-to-end digital campaigns across social media, search engines, websites, and other online channels to increase brand awareness, generate qualified leads, and drive conversions.

• Collaborate with sales teams, business leaders, creative teams, and external agencies to develop effective marketing campaigns and strengthen customer engagement.

• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, digital marketing KPIs, lead generation, conversion rates, and marketing ROI to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

• Manage digital marketing budgets, oversee content and campaign execution, stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities, and ensure marketing initiatives deliver measurable business results.
