This position is essential for fostering a positive workplace culture and ensuring the effective management of human resources.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with overall business strategy.Manage the recruitment and selection process to attract top talent.Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.Maintain and enhance the organisation's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices.Ensure compliance with labour regulations and best practices.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.Proven working experience as an HR Manager or similar role.Knowledge of HR systems and databases.Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Nice to haveMaster's degree in Human Resources or related field.Experience in a consulting environment.HR certification (e.g., CIPD, SHRM).
