Total starting compensation ranges from CA$95,000 – CA$140,000, consisting of base salary and variable salary. Actual compensation is determined based on skills, experience, and role level.Variable salary is our version of a bonus program and, it is paid out bi-weekly together with your base salary. The amount is based in part on your seniority and on the group performance of Netlight20 paid vacation days prorated per calendar year10 paid Care Days (sick/personal days) per year with unlimited additional unpaid sick daysExtended Health Benefits and Dental Care including an additional CA$1,000 HSA and CA$500 Wellness Account (taxable)
