ProSync is seeking a passionate Management Analyst II to provide analytical support to identify organizational challenges, evaluate performance, and develop data‑driven recommendations for improvement. This role supports government stakeholders by conducting research, analyzing operational and financial data, and preparing written and oral reports that guide decision‑making.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collect, review, and analyze organizational data to identify issues and recommend solutions.
- Define the nature and scope of problems and evaluate relevant metrics such as revenue, staffing, and expenditures.
- Conduct interviews with managers and employees and observe operations to understand workflows and organizational culture.
- Develop and apply mathematical models to support analysis and decision‑making.
- Prepare written reports and present findings to government stakeholders.
- Support implementation of recommended improvements when required.
