Estamos em busca de um Estagiário (a) de Recursos Humanos para se juntar ao nosso time. Com sede em Sorocaba, Brasil, reportando-se a Business Partner de Recursos Humanos, será desenvolvido para atuar nos processos de Recrutamento e Seleção, Treinamento e Desenvolvimento e atividades administrativas.

Abaixo as principais atividades de desenvolvimento:

Treinamento: Controle, organização, arquivo e lançamento de listas de presença; Lançamento de listas de treinamentos nos sistemas de RH (WD , ADP e PAT); Logística de salas de treinamento; Solicitação de coffee; Agendamento e acompanhamento de instrutores e participantes; Atualização das informações de treinamento programado e realizado; Ministrar treinamentos comportamentais e relacionados a normas e políticas.

Recrutamento e Seleção: Triagem de CVs, Entrevistas e Admissão;

Elaboração e conferência de relatórios/planilhas;

Apoio com integração de novos colaboradores.

Principais Requisitos:

• Cursando Administração de Empresas, Psicologia, Recursos Humanos, ou áreas correlatas;
• Conhecimento em Excel;
• Conhecimento em Power Point;
• Capacidade de rápido aprendizado;
• Trabalho em equipe;
• Resiliência;
• Saber lidar com alta de demanda de trabalho e pressão;
• Boa comunicação oral e escrita;
• Ter perfil organizado;
• Atuação anterior como aprendiz na área de Recursos Humanos.
