Who you’ll work with:
You will join PwC’s growing Retail, Consumer & Digital Consulting practice in Southeast Europe. You will work closely with the SEE Retail, Consumer & Digital Practice Lead and collaborate with PwC teams across strategy, technology, data & AI, cybersecurity, workforce transformation, deals and tax. The role is focused on helping Retail and Consumer clients address strategic, commercial, operational and digital transformation challenges, including the practical use of data, AI and new technologies.
What you’ll do:
- Support business development and go-to-market activities across the SEE region
- Help develop account plans, proposals, client presentations, business cases and statements of work
- Work with clients on topics such as corporate and commercial strategy, digital & AI strategy, AI use cases, commercial excellence (4P), customer experience, e-commerce, omnichannel, supply chain and operating-model transformation
- Conduct market, client, digital maturity and performance analyses
- Translate client challenges into practical recommendations, roadmaps and implementation plans
- Support the identification and prioritisation of strategic, operational, digital, data and Agentic AI opportunities based on business value and feasibility
- Support project workstreams and client delivery
- Prepare and facilitate client workshops with business and technology stakeholders
- Coordinate with PwC specialists across SEE, CEE and the wider PwC network
- Support development of reusable tools, benchmarks and materials for Retail, Consumer & Digital practice
What we expect from you:
- 3–6 years of relevant experience in management consulting, strategy, digital transformation, business transformation or a related corporate role
- Experience or strong exposure to retail, consumer goods, FMCG, e-commerce or related sectors
- Passion for digital transformation, data, AI, customer experience or technology-enabled business change
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to structure complex business issues and translate them into clear recommendations
- Experience preparing proposals, business cases, presentations and senior client materials
- Ability to manage projects, complex project streams and lead teams
- Professional fluency in English. Croatian or another SEE language is an advantage
- Willingness to travel across the SEE region when needed
