About this opportunity
We are looking for a Network Engineer responsible for network planning, design, optimization, and performance improvement to meet customer requirements. The successful candidate will work on Ericsson’s advanced mobile network technologies, including 2G/3G/4G/5G, and contribute to AI/ML-based network optimization solutions.
What you will do
- Deliver Network Design and Optimization service, which including:
1\. Coverage, capacity, quality, interference analysis and improvement
2\. Network KPI improvement
3\. End-user perceived quality optimization
4\. Including 2/3/4/5G technology
- Develop optimization algorithm and integrate in Ericsson AI/ML platform.
- Understand customer requirements, develop solution, and implement solution with approved scope and cost within time plan.
- Collaborate with internal teams and customers, and share technical knowledge.
You will bring
- 2+ years of professional experience in telecommunications, wireless communication, network engineering, or related technology areas.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, IT, or related disciplines.
- Good understanding of telecommunication fundamentals and 5G advanced technologies (e.g., RedCap, ISAC, mmWave, XR, Digital Twin).
- Basic knowledge of cloud-native technologies, network security, 6G trends,
- Basic knowledge of AI/ML (including Deep Learning and LLM), CI/CD, and data analytics.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, self-motivated with a continuous learning mindset.
- Proficient in English.
