Summary Statement:


Resorts World Las Vegas is seeking a highly skilled Manager, Sponsorship & Activation. This individual will be responsible for the execution and day-to-day management of corporate partnership accounts. This position will manage asset fulfillment for a variety of accounts including annual partners and event specific partners.

Primary Job Duties: – Includes but is not limited to:

•    Pitch and negotiate sponsor investment and deliverables, ideate on marketing opportunities with current and prospective sponsors, network and solicit brands for revenue generating opportunities. oversee the activation of key account assets and upsell partners to additional revenue generating opportunities as well as host and entertain prospective clients. Research, prospect and engage with new brands/companies that overlap with sponsorships three core opportunity pillars (City Wide Events, Property Integration and On-Property Events) 
•    Develop meaningful relationships across the media, marketing and sponsorship landscape, both client-direct and at sports marketing agencies
•    Provide structure, process, and oversight for flawless client service, including execution of promised deliverables, evaluation of up-sell opportunities, relationship building and entertaining 
•    Provide periodic recaps suggesting value added enhancements to the partners
•    Present detailed reporting on sponsorship execution, including affidavits, photographs, and program summaries
•    Serve on the Sponsorship & Activation team, helping to make strategic recommendations
•    Collaborate closely with members of the following departments but not limited to events team, marketing, community relations, PR, beverage, AV, casino marketing, nightlife and other relevant departments to ensure high level of collaboration amongst all teams to maximize revenue opportunities and client satisfaction alike
•    Forecast, create, and maintain budgets for all identified expenses within the department
•    Manage outgoing sponsorship deliverables and receive detailed reporting on sponsorship execution, including affidavits, photographs, and program summaries
•    Manage outgoing sponsorship assets and deliverables
•    Build strong rapport and working relationships with corporate partners, including stakeholders of varying levels
•    Establish and maintain working knowledge of individual corporate partner goals and objectives to achieve successful implementation of contractual assets as well as opportunities to deliver additional value and/or upsell
•    Act as the primary liaison between key sponsors and the Resorts World Las Vegas organization to facilitate execution of sponsorship agreements
•    Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a full understanding of client activation objectives and strategic priorities
•    Coordinate with internal departments, AEG & Resorts World Theatre, and any 3rd party companies to properly execute contractual activation assets received by sponsors
•    Manage all aspects of activation asset execution, including but not limited to activation rights, property signage exposure, and in-market activation, hospitality and special events
•    Maintain detailed planning records & legal forms (NDA’s, Agreements etc.)
•    Strong knowledge of power point & excel
•    Ability to graphically design and create periodic power point presentation
•    Manage end to end partner and prospect communication through meetings, conference calls, written correspondence, property and calendar invitation
•    Coordinate special events for client accounts, managing from planning to execution of these events
•    Maintain awareness of sponsorship/market trends and knowledge relative to what in market partners and their like competitors are executing in other markets and/or professional leagues/venues
•    Travel as required
•    Use personal device/cellular phone for job related operational tasks, job duties, review of company documents, etc.
•    Perform other job-related duties as requested

Qualifications: – Includes but is not limited to:


•    Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills with ability to communicate effectively at all levels both internally and externally
•    Ability to simultaneously manage a high level of detail across multiple clients and projects
•    Ability to demonstrate flexibility and quickly adapt to changes while maintaining high levels of productivity and effectiveness under pressure
•    Ability to work well within a team environment, providing support to team members whenever necessary
•    Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
•    Ability to balance internal priorities with client expectations
•    Ability to work extended hours and flexible schedule including nights and weekends and holidays as needed
•    Ability to effectively communicate in English.
•    Polished appearance and demeanor
•    Excellent customer service skills.
•    Ability to obtain and maintain full knowledge and understanding of company and department rules and regulations, policies and procedures.
•    Ability to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays.

Preferred: 

•    Previous experience working in a large, luxury resort setting.

Minimum Education and Experience: 


•    Bachelors degree
•    6+ years’ experience in a sponsorship role in professional sports or entertainment industry required
•    How much Experience using Salesforce, KORE & KONNECT systems preferred
•    How Much Experience managing execution of top tier sponsorship accounts

Preferred: 


•    Preferred degree in Business, Sports Administration, Activation, Communications, Marketing or a related area of study

Certificates, Licenses, Regulations:
•    Proof of eligibility to work in the United States
•    Position required licenses
