Working alongside our IT team that serves our customers, employees, and partners across North America and Canada.
Within this position you will:
Coordinate and execute the end-to-end deployment of new laptop hardware for onboarding employees.
Utilized a strong knowledge of Windows OS to configure user settings and resolve standard operating system errors.
Provision and image corporate devices, ensuring all systems met company security compliance and software baselines.
Provide high-touch customer service support to end-users, to ensure a positive and efficient resolution experience.
Must meet the Qualifications:
Currently enrolled in a University pursuing a Bachelor's degree.
Recent Graduate with degree
