As a Global Facilities & Construction (GFAC) Cost Program Manager, you will be responsible for providing the Global Facilities collaborators the data analytics and information vital to drive their strategic objectives. This role requires strong data management background, and ability to translate the complex data into a concise summary and dashboard. You should be a detailed oriented person, with the capability of providing clear and qualitative data analysis for higher management to support decision making.
You will apply AI-enabled and AI-assisted methods, using approved tools like Microsoft Copilot, Genie, AI Agents, and Large Language Models (LLMs). These tools improve decision-making, speed up data analysis, automate routine tasks, and improve operational efficiency in facilities capital planning and cost management. You should also possess detailed understanding on cost expenditures, and finding opportunities for cost optimization. This role also required flexibility and the ability to maintain global relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Lead all aspects of Facilities capital programs & business processes, providing mentorship and resolution of complex issues and gaps.
- Direct the comprehensive Strategic Program implementation with defined and standardized business processes.
- Develop and own key performance metrics to measure capital performance against goals and commitments.
- Manage Global Facilities cost and cashflow visibility, driving forecast accuracy, spend compliance, and early risk mitigation.
- Collaborate with global partners to achieve spending compliance to Business Plan. Drive the Capital Performance to Plan (P2P) program and identify mitigation plan to meet Business Plan.
- Serve as the primary integration point across sites, Central Planning and Capital Finance for capex changes, approvals and plan alignment.
- Ensure capital governance and audit readiness, including adherence to approval flows, documentation standards, and accountability requirements.
- Partner with Line Planning, Procurement and site teams to ensure cost integrity for new Facilities and Construction programs including budgeting requirements.
- Drive adoption of AI-assisted working methods across GFAC Cost processes, including business planning, forecast reviews, executive reporting, meeting preparation, knowledge management, and documentation, while ensuring data governance, security, and compliance requirements are met.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree specialized in Engineering, Information systems, Business, or Finance or equivalent experience.
- 5 years of working experience, preferably related to:
- Cost / Project Management
- Capital / Cost Planning
- Procurement
- Finance
- Ability to navigate cost information system applications such as SAP, CALM, FMS PS. Able to pick up usage of various T-codes for facilities cost management.
- Demonstrate high level integrity in managing sensitive data.
- Proven track record to apply AI-powered efficiency and analytics tools (e.g., Microsoft’s intelligent assistant, Genie, or equivalent) to improve efficiency in data analysis, reporting, business process execution, and decision-making.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience applying Generative AI, AI Agents, Agentic AI solutions to improve planning, analytics, forecasting, project management, or financial processes.
- Knowledge in Data visualization tools (e.g. PowerBI, Tableau).
- Experience in supporting and working with multi-functional teams in a dynamic environment.
- Adaptability to adopt Business Volatility.
