Employment Type: Part-time | Approximately 15-20 hours per week

Schedule: Flexible, with several options depending on candidate availability and family needs:

• Split Schedule: Morning support from approximately 7:00–9:00 AM and afternoon support from approximately 3:00–5:00/6:00 PM, up to four days per week.
• Full-Day Option: One to two full weekdays, approximately 7:00 AM–6:00 PM, with a combination of childcare and household support during school hours.
• Combination Schedule: The family is open to blending shorter shifts and full days to create a mutually beneficial schedule for the right candidate.

Compensation: $28-$32/hour, based on experience and qualifications

Start Date: ASAP

Requirements

• Maintain a smoke-free environment.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Reliable transportation; access to a car is strongly preferred. Driving is not an absolute requirement for the right candidate.
• Comfortable accompanying and supervising children during local activities.

• Organized with Strong Time Management: You’re good at keeping track of schedules, routines, and the small details that help a busy household run smoothly. You can prioritize, manage your time well, and make sure everyone gets where they need to be when they need to be there.
• Reliable & Communicative: You understand how much a family depends on consistency, particularly around school-day routines. You show up when expected, communicate clearly, and follow through on your commitments.

Most importantly, you’re someone who can become a trusted, consistent presence in the family’s day-to-day life—someone the parents can rely on and the girls genuinely enjoy having around.

Key Responsibilities

Family Support & Childcare Assistance

• Help the children navigate their morning routines, including getting dressed, organizing belongings, and preparing for school.
• Prepare breakfast and pack school lunches, snacks, and any necessary school-day items.
• Assist with school drop-offs and pickups as needed, depending on transportation arrangements.
• Keep children's school supplies, backpacks, and everyday belongings organized and ready for use.
• Welcome the children home from school, prepare nutritious after-school snacks, and accompany and supervise them during local activities and outings, including swimming approximately twice per week.
• Reset commonly used areas after morning and afternoon activities.

Meal Preparation & Support

• Assist with family meal preparation using recipes and preferences provided by the family.
• Help maintain an orderly kitchen as part of the family's daily routine. Keep kitchen counters, preparation areas, and dishes clean and organized after cooking.

Household Organization & Daily Upkeep

• Manage the children's laundry, including washing, drying, folding, and putting clothing away.
• Assist with light household tidying and other family-related tasks as time allows.
