🌎 About Us
At TeamSnap, we believe when the world connects through sports; the world becomes better. TeamSnap is a sports and communication platform dedicated to taking the work out of play in youth sports. We also believe our jobs should excite us, our teammates should support us and our bosses should inspire us. We empower our people to bring big ideas and tiny egos, landing us on Outside Magazine’s list of “Best Places to Work" and Built In’s “100 Best Remote-First Places to Work."
TeamSnap is scaling fast, and our People Experience team needs a specialist  who thrives on variety. Someone equally comfortable troubleshooting a benefits question, auditing HRIS data, and helping run orientation for new hires. This role exists to keep the day-to-day HR engine running cleanly across every function: operations, systems, benefits, compliance, and culture. You won't own one lane; you'll be the versatile, hands-on support that makes the whole People Experience team move faster. If you like learning across the full breadth of HR rather than specializing in one piece of it, this is your seat.
