About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and people-focused People Operations Specialist to join our team in Braga.
In this role, you will support the day-to-day HR operations, payroll coordination, benefits administration, compliance documentation, and office management activities that help our business run smoothly. You will work closely with our Global HR team, local management, employees, and external partners to ensure HR processes are accurate, efficient, and delivered on time.
This is a hands-on, operational role suited to someone who enjoys working across different areas of HR, is comfortable managing multiple priorities, and takes pride in providing reliable support to employees and managers.

Coordinate monthly payroll preparation by collecting and validating payroll inputs, including absences, leave records, bonuses, deductions, and employee changes.Work closely with external accountants, payroll providers, and finance partners to support accurate and timely payroll processing.Administer employee benefits, including private health insurance, and respond to employee queries related to benefits and associated documentation.Maintain accurate records of annual leave, sick leave, parental leave, and other employee absences.Prepare employee documentation required for payroll, benefits, banking, and other administrative requests.
