Our Engineering team delivers innovative and complex solutions across Defence, Aerospace, and Critical Systems domains. Working alongside multidisciplinary engineering professionals, we support the design, integration, testing, and delivery of leading-edge technologies that help our customers solve some of their most challenging operational problems.

The Role:

Join our team as a Systems Engineer in a full-time, permanent position.

This position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your systems engineering expertise across the full engineering lifecycle, from requirements analysis and solution design through to integration, verification, validation, and customer acceptance. Working within multidisciplinary teams, you'll play an important role in developing innovative solutions to complex engineering challenges while ensuring technical integrity and successful project outcomes.

Duties will include:

• Analysing customer needs and operational requirements to support the development of effective system solutions.
• Defining system architectures, requirements, and specifications that support project and customer objectives.
• Supporting system integration activities and ensuring technical coherence across design, interfaces, and performance requirements.
• Developing and executing integration, verification, validation, and testing activities throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborating with engineering teams, project stakeholders, and customers to resolve technical challenges and optimise system performance.
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of engineering processes, methodologies, and technical solutions.

How about you?

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

• A Degree or Master's qualification in Systems Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• Experience in Systems Engineering, including requirements management, system design, integration, verification, validation, and testing activities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex systems and identify effective solutions.
• Experience working collaboratively within multidisciplinary engineering teams and engaging with a broad range of stakeholders.
• Knowledge of engineering and requirements management tools such as DOORS, Polarion, JIRA, TFS, or similar platforms.
• Excellent communication skills, combined with a proactive attitude, curiosity, adaptability, and a commitment to continuous learning.

The following will be highly regarded:

• Experience with network configuration and administration.
• Experience leading engineering activities, work packages, or technical projects.
• Experience working within Defence, Aerospace, Space, or other highly regulated industries.
• Knowledge of systems architecture, command and control systems, or complex integrated solutions.
