Let’s Talk about the Role

The Tooling Specialist will be the guardian of our workshop’s operational readiness, ensuring our team has constant access to safe, compliant, and high-quality equipment.

You will play a vital role in business continuity by overseeing the full lifecycle of our tooling inventory. From procurement and maintenance planning to ensuring rigorous safety certifications are met, you will ensure our workshop runs efficiently and safely every day.

How You Will Make a Difference

• Maintaining a precise and real-time registry of all tools to ensure seamless tracking and availability.

• Designing and executing preventive maintenance plans to extend equipment lifespan and minimize operational downtime.

• Coordinating mandatory annual safety and calibration inspections to ensure full compliance with industry regulations.

• Managing the procurement process for spare parts and new equipment, balancing technical quality with cost optimization.

• ​Ensuring that all damaged or faulty equipment is promptly identified, tagged, and sidelined to maintain the highest safety standards.

Skills for Success

You should be a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, with:

• The ability to manage complex inventories and supply chains with high attention to detail.

• An expertise in a wide range of tool types, including manual, pneumatic, electric, and precision measuring instruments.

• The capability to build strong relationships with vendors and negotiate effectively.

• A deep understanding of occupational health and safety standards related to industrial tool usage.

• Proficiency in digital inventory and office management tools, such as Microsoft Office and maintenance tracking software.

Technical education or background in Mechanics or Industrial Maintenance and total experience and professional achievements within the wind or industrial repair sectors are essential.

Where and how you'll work

This is a permanent position based in Noblejas. You will be working on-site to ensure our workshop tools and equipment are always ready for action.
