# Product Owner – Analytics as a Service
## Position Summary
The Product Owner is responsible for defining, prioritizing and continuously evolving Qualitrol's Analytics as a Service portfolio for rotating machines, grid monitoring and future analytics services.
This individual serves a primary voice of the end user inside the incubator, partnering closely with customers, commercial teams and engineering to rapidly deliver valuable capabilities that improve customer outcomes. Unlike a traditional Product Owner, this role is expected to build an AI-first, customer-centric product management capability capable of continuously discovering customer needs, validating ideas, and delivering production-ready analytics services at startup speed.
The Product Owner will establish tight Voice of Customer feedback loops through immersive customer engagement, AI-assisted market intelligence and frequent product releases while ensuring the squad remains focused on the highest-value opportunities.

## Primary Responsibilities
### Product Strategy
Own the product roadmap for Qualitrol's Analytics as a Service portfolio.
Prioritize features based on:

Maintain a rolling product roadmap balancing customer commitments with long-term platform evolution.

Develop trusted relationships with early adopters and strategic customers.
Establish structured Voice of Customer processes including:
- Follow Me Home observations
- Customer Advisory Boards
- Early Adopter Councils
- Design Partner Programs

Continuously validate assumptions before committing engineering resources.

Lead backlog prioritization and sprint planning.

## Required Experience
- 8+ years product management for SaaS or cloud software
- Experience launching commercial software products
- Experience working directly with enterprise customers
- Strong understanding of Agile product development
- Experience leading cross-functional software teams
- Proven success delivering customer-centric products

Pay Range
The salary range for this position (in local currency) is 123800.00-230000.00
