Role Summary
A Copy & Content Design Senior Analyst develops impactful communication that engages audiences and supports business goals, delivering effective messaging across channels and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Adapts writing across formats and applies strong English and Spanish proficiency to translate, localize, and refine content accurately.
Ensures content quality through proofreading and tone alignment, understands project goals, and communicates clearly with stakeholders to deliver results.
Applies creativity, proactivity, and problem-solving to enhance content quality and add value to delivery.
Applies Generative AI in content workflows to enhance output quality, follow established standards, and ensure ethical, accurate, and effective communication aligned with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Applies strong understanding of copy to deliver relevant, effective messaging aligned with client objectives.
Creates content that attracts, informs, and engages audiences while delivering clear business value.
Collaborates with designers and program managers to deliver integrated and innovative solutions.
Produces and edits content across channels, including web, social, and business communications.
Works effectively with clients and multidisciplinary teams across industries.
Presents and defends proposals with clarity and confidence to internal teams and clients.
Solves client needs through strategic thinking and defined content approaches.
Tracks requirements, timelines, and deliverables with minimal supervision.
Collaborates with teams to drive innovation and support business and capability needs.
Applies Generative AI in content operations, following prompt standards, integrating AI into workflows, and delivering scalable, high-quality output aligned with business and responsible AI practices.
Applies Generative AI for content ideation using structured prompting to enhance efficiency and creativity.
Develops case studies on Generative AI projects, showcasing innovation, challenges, and measurable impact.
Ensures ethical and compliant use of Generative AI, maintaining content quality, accuracy, and integrity.
4 to 6 years of relevant experience in the field
Bachelor’s degree or greater in communications, advertising, languages, journalism or related fields
Fluently speak English and Spanish to work with international teams from LATAM, North America and others
Demonstrate knowledge of various copywriting formats and tones
Advanced in digital campaign development and integrated communication execution
Advanced in website copy and multi-channel content creation
Advanced in scriptwriting for video, digital, and multimedia formats
Expert in thought leadership and long-form content support
Advanced in sales and compliance-driven content aligned with business objectives
Advanced in storytelling and narrative frameworks for brand positioning
Advanced in aligning content outputs with strategic business goals
