## About MQC PCT
Work at Micron as an MQC PCT Engineer to collaborate on key projects and improve performance.
## Responsibilities
- Complete all required safety training, ensuring all work strictly adheres to Micron’s safety policies.
- Assist in defining projects and programs aimed at achieving world-class startup, yield, quality, cost, and output goals.
- Develop comprehensive project plans and associated communication materials.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to meet company objectives and top focus areas.
- Establish and nurture positive relationships with both internal and external collaborators within the Micron network.
- Make training resources available and provide expert mentorship on process and equipment-related programs, systems, and processes.
- Ensure organizational compliance with company policies, regulations, and departmental procedures.
- Actively participate in functional teams and projects, mentoring other leaders, and encouraging a culture of teamwork and balanced success.
- Experience with AMC control or N2 Purge processes is highly advantageous.
## Requirements
- Proven experience in an engineering role, preferably within the semiconductor industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Dedication to safety and compliance with all relevant policies and regulations.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Engineering or a related field is preferred.
