About the Role:
- Lead end-to-end project execution, ensuring delivery in line with approved scope, baseline schedules, budgets, quality standards, and contractual requirements.
- Manage project controls, including planning, scheduling, cost management, risk assessment, change control, and performance monitoring to achieve project objectives.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, vendors, and cross-functional teams to ensure timely decision-making, issue resolution, and seamless project delivery.

- Manage project budgets, BOQs, estimates, rate analysis, and cost plans, ensuring commercial feasibility and effective cost control throughout the project lifecycle.
- Drive financial performance reviews through regular analysis of cost reports, project dashboards, and budget variances, implementing corrective actions to maintain project profitability.
- Facilitate resolution of variation orders, contractual issues, and commercial risks in coordination with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
- Coordinate with procurement, design, and site teams to optimize project costs, manage vendor engagements, and ensure efficient utilization of resources.
- Monitor project execution through regular site reviews and progress assessments, ensuring alignment between planned and actual work, budget, and schedule.
- Ensure effective management of commercial and project-control documentation, including cost reports, cash flow forecasts, billing records, risk registers, and performance trackers.
- Lead project forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning activities, ensuring alignment with business goals and project delivery targets.
- Manage project planning and governance processes, including schedule development, progress monitoring, risk management, recovery planning, and stakeholder reporting to ensure successful project delivery.

About You:
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering
- Master’s degree in construction management(preferred)
- 8-12 years of experience in project management for large-scale, Commercial projects within a PMC, developer, or consulting environment.
- Proven experience in managing project budgets, schedules, stakeholder coordination, and contract administration.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in managing cross-functional teams and driving successful project delivery.
- Proficiency in project planning, reporting, risk management, and performance monitoring tools.
