About the Role

We are seeking a highly driven Senior / Principal Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team on a 6-month contract. This role is ideal for someone who has extensive experience hiring high-caliber technology talent and enjoys partnering closely with business leaders to solve complex hiring challenges.

The successful candidate will own end-to-end recruitment for critical technical roles, drive exceptional candidate experiences, and help us attract world-class talent.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for engineering, product, and technical leadership positions.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, define candidate profiles, and build effective hiring strategies.
• Proactively source and engage passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, networking, and other innovative sourcing channels.
• Conduct recruiter screenings and evaluate candidates for technical depth, cultural alignment, and role fit.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Drive a high-quality candidate experience throughout the interview process.
• Manage offer discussions, negotiations, and candidate closing activities.
• Collaborate with interviewers and hiring teams to ensure timely and effective decision-making.
• Track and report key recruiting metrics, pipeline health, and hiring progress.
• Continuously improve recruiting processes, sourcing strategies, and employer branding efforts.

Qualifications

Required

• 8+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition with a strong focus on technology hiring.
• Proven success in recruiting software engineers, product managers, architects, engineering leaders, and other technical professionals.
• Strong sourcing capabilities with experience identifying and engaging passive talent.
• Experience working in high-growth startups or product organizations.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and candidate engagement abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously while maintaining a high quality bar.
• Experience using ATS platforms and recruiting tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter.

Preferred

• Experience hiring for enterprise software, SaaS, cloud, data platform, infrastructure, AI/ML, or data engineering roles.
• Prior experience working in venture-backed or high-growth technology companies.
• Exposure to recruiting for global teams and geographically distributed organizations.
• Experience leveraging AI tools and modern recruiting technologies to improve productivity and candidate engagement.

Location Requirement

This is an onsite role based in Bengaluru. Candidates should be willing to work from the office and collaborate closely with hiring managers and business leaders.
