This position reports to:
HR Front Office Lead__
We are looking for a suitable candidate to join the HR Front Office team in Brno as administrative support in HR. You don’t need prior experience in human resources—what matters to us is proficiency in MS Excel and an intermediate level of English.
Work model: onsite

Your responsibilities:
Supporting the team with HR administrative tasks - Support of the Payroll Department in Annual Activities
Archiving and scanning HR documentation
Updating local manuals
Assisting with HR projects
Qualifications for the Role:
Czech language C2
Secondary school education
Intermediate English skills (mainly email communication)
Strong knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel – working with data, pivot tables, Outlook)
Attention to detail
