Job Summary

Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Sr. CLAM to join a dynamic team. This role involves managing midmarket to large market accounts with premiums exceeding $100,000, providing end-to-end account servicing, and contributing to the growth and success of the organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in casualty-focused accounts, a proven ability to market high-value accounts, and a commitment to delivering exceptional client service.

Compensation Package

• Salary Range: $75,000 - $120,000 (commensurate with experience)

Responsibilities

• Manage and service a portfolio of midmarket to large market accounts, focusing on accounts with premiums exceeding $100,000.
• Handle all aspects of account servicing from A-Z, including quoting new and renewal business.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless account management and client satisfaction.
• Utilize Epic software to manage account information and workflows efficiently.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, carriers, and other stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes.
• Stay updated on industry trends and leverage expertise to provide strategic insights and recommendations.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Licensure/Designations: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required; additional designations such as CRIS are a plus.
• Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of experience in marketing and servicing accounts with premiums over $100,000.
• Account Expertise: Generalist with a focus on casualty accounts.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Epic software is preferred.
• Work Ethic: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Preferred Background: Experience working with larger agencies or brokers is highly desirable.
