What we are looking for:
- Service management or advisor experience.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the Service and Parts Departments.
- Lead and support advisors, technicians, and parts personnel.
- Improve efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
- Help continue growing a strong fixed operations department.
- Work closely with dealership leadership to improve processes and performance.
