- Provide confidential consultation, advocacy, and coaching to team members on personal and professional wellbeing matters, workplace concerns, career growth, and development needs.
- Assess team member needs and connect individuals to appropriate Micron and community resources, including wellbeing, healthcare, mental health, employee relations, and development programs.
- Serve as a trusted point of connection for workplace concerns, helping team members understand available options, interpret relevant workplace policies, and determine when situations require escalation or referral.
- Promote awareness and utilization of internal and external resources, programs, and services that support health, wellbeing, engagement, inclusion, learning, and performance.
- Partner with wellbeing specialists and cross-functional stakeholders to support the design, promotion, and delivery of site, in-country, and corporate wellbeing initiatives and people programs.
- Extend career coaching and development support, including reinforcement of ongoing career and growth conversations.
- Drive team member engagement by leading or supporting site events, information tables, classes, presentations, and other opportunities that build connection, awareness, and belonging.
- Build strong relationships with team members, leaders, and partners at all levels to foster a positive, respectful, and supportive workplace environment.
- Track interaction themes and program insights to identify trends, inform interventions, and provide actionable feedback and recommendations to leadership.
- Stay current on workplace, wellbeing, and community trends that may affect team member needs, engagement, and support strategies.
- Be able to engage virtually as well as in person.
- Use AI and digital tools responsibly to improve communications, summarize non-sensitive themes, streamline administrative work, support program insights, and enhance team member access to resources, while maintaining confidentiality, protecting sensitive information, applying sound judgment, and ensuring human review for decisions and recommendations.
- Demonstrate comfort and effectiveness communicating with large groups and with leaders at all organizational levels.
## Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in wellness, organizational psychology, social work, human resources, counseling, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in corporate wellbeing, employee relations, behavioral health, career counseling, coaching, organizational change, or a related people-support function.
- High emotional intelligence, strong active listening skills, and the ability to build trust while handling sensitive situations with professionalism and discretion.
- Self-starter with strong judgment, initiative, organization, and follow-through.
- Strong facilitation and communication skills, including the ability to present to large groups and engage effectively with leaders and team members at all levels.
- Solid understanding of people programs related to wellbeing, performance, inclusion, learning and development, and workplace policies.
- Experience using data and insights to identify trends, evaluate program effectiveness, and recommend improvements.
- Using AI, AI fluency and digital competency, including the ability to use approved AI tools responsibly for drafting communications, summarizing themes, improving workflows, and generating insights while protecting privacy, applying critical thinking, and maintaining human oversight.
- Preferred certifications may include HR, career coaching, leadership coaching, life coaching, mental health, or wellbeing-related credentials.
- Experience in a multinational company and the technology industry preferred.
- Ability to travel within the region and occasionally globally.
