Your new role
The Payroll Analyst will be responsible for processing payroll, maintaining accurate records, and providing support to the payroll team.
The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a keen eye for detail, and experience working with payroll systems.
Key Responsibilities
Process all payroll transactions accurately and in a timely manner
Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
Maintain accurate payroll records and data
Reconcile payroll data and resolve any discrepancies
Prepare and distribute payroll reports to management and other stakeholders
Respond to payroll-related inquiries and provide support to employees
Assist with payroll tax calculations and filings
Stay up to date on payroll best practices and regulatory changes
Collaborate with the HR team to ensure accurate employee data and information
Your blend of talent
This position could be right for you if you have:
Ideally CIPP qualified
At least 3 years of experience in payroll processing
Strong understanding of payroll systems and software
Knowledge of UK payroll regulations and tax laws
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other payroll software
