Mechanical Engineer
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Mechanical Engineer role located in Dallas, TX. The job responsibilities include:
- Designing hvac systems for various types of facilities
- Producing construction drawings using AutoCAD or Revit
- Performing site surveys and investigations
- Coordinating your design with other disciplines (structural, electrical, and plumbing)
- Opportunities for project management and training/mentoring
Qualifications
- 2-4 years experience in HVAC design, with demonstrated ability to design building systems and apply relevant codes and industry standards.
- Hands-on experience with AutoCAD and Revit for developing mechanical drawings, models, and documentation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related field.
- Professional licensure (EIT) or progress toward licensure is preferred.
- Knowledge of HVAC and plumbing systems.
- Effective communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in an on-site consulting environment.
