Role & Impact

You will help shape how businesses use Blinq to make every in-person connection count. As a Product Manager, you will turn the needs of teams and their customers into simple, powerful product experiences, from capturing new connections to making them useful long after the first meeting. You will work closely with design and engineering to uncover what matters, make smart product bets, and build experiences that make Blinq an essential part of how businesses connect in the real world.

What You’ll Do

You will own product problems from discovery through to measurable impact, staying close to customers and moving quickly from insight to action. You will bring design, engineering, growth, and go-to-market teams together around clear problems and build experiences that work for businesses without losing the simplicity people love about Blinq.

• Own features across the full product lifecycle, from discovery and validation through to launch, measurement, and iteration
• Spend time with customers to understand how teams make connections, capture in-person opportunities, and follow up
• Partner closely with design and engineering to turn customer problems into simple, intuitive product experiences
• Define clear requirements, prioritise what matters, and break bigger opportunities into focused work the team can ship and learn from quickly
• Use customer insight, product data, and commercial context to measure impact and identify what we should build next

What You’ll Bring

• 3+ years of product management experience, ideally building B2B, SaaS, or business products
• Strong product judgement, with the ability to turn complex customer problems into clear priorities and simple experiences
• A collaborative approach and the communication skills to bring engineering, design, growth, and go-to-market teams with you
• Curiosity, ownership, and a bias toward action, with the confidence to test assumptions and learn quickly
• Bonus: Experience building products for growing teams or enterprises, including integrations, admin experiences, CRM workflows, or product-led growth
