Description
We are seeking an accomplished Sr. Director, Product Sales to lead strategic growth for Research and Analytics within the Academic & Government segment. In this high-impact leadership role, you will shape how our product sales strategy comes to life across key markets, partnering with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to accelerate revenue growth, strengthen customer engagement, and drive operational excellence. About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience
- 5+ years of relevant experience leading strategic initiatives, operations, or business transformation across multiple functions
- Experience partnering with senior leadership to align departmental goals with broader business strategy
- Demonstrated experience leading teams across one or more functional areas and translating company strategy into actionable objectives
- Experience using performance metrics, operational data, and business insights to identify opportunities and implement solutions

This role partners closely with senior leadership, department leaders, and cross-functional stakeholders to align strategic priorities, improve operational execution, and support long-term business growth. The leader in this role will help connect company strategy to team-level execution while driving accountability, efficiency, and continuous improvement across the organization.
Hours of Work
This is a full-time position, primarily working core business hours in your time zone, with flexibility to adjust to various global time zones as needed.
Compensation
The expected base salary for this position is $190,000 - $205,000 USD per year. This role is eligible for (incentive or bonus) earnings. Individual pay is based upon experience, education, skill and ability, expertise, and relevant factors.
