Description
Essential Duties And Responsibilities:
- Assist in maintaining financial records and accounting documentation
- Record daily financial transactions and update accounting systems
- Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
- Prepare and process invoices, receipts, and payments
- Support bank reconciliations and expense tracking
- Assist in preparing financial reports and statements
- Help ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations
- Support senior accountants during audits and month-end closing
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of accounting experience.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting / IFRS
- Familiarity with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Zoho, or Oracle-based ERP
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
- Basic understanding of VAT & CORPORATE TAX
- High level of Confidentiality, integrity & excellent time management.
