As the leader of our bar operations, you’ll curate an innovative cocktail program, ensure seamless service, and create an inviting atmosphere that keeps guests coming back. What You’ll Do:
Oversee daily bar operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service
Curate and manage beverage offerings, including cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic options, in collaboration with culinary and mixology teams
Maintain compliance with corporate beverage programs while staying current with trends and guest preferences
Ensure cleanliness, organization, and adherence to health and safety regulations
Deliver exceptional guest service, resolving concerns promptly and professionally
Create a welcoming atmosphere that encourages repeat business and guest loyalty
Plan and execute special events or promotions such as tastings, happy hours, and themed nights
Recruit, train, and supervise bar staff, providing ongoing feedback and development
Develop and manage staff schedules to ensure coverage during peak times and events
Monitor inventory, control costs, and manage vendor relationships for quality and pricing
Track financial performance, including sales, labor costs, and profitability
Implement responsible alcohol service policies and ensure staff certification (TIPS or equivalent)
Regular attendance in conformance with standards
May be required to work varying schedules to reflect business needs
Required to attend all mandatory training sessions and meetings
Perform other duties as assigned
Your Qualifications Include:
Minimum two years Food & Beverage leadership experience
Thorough knowledge of mixology, cocktails, wine, beer, and spirits
Thorough knowledge of all matters related to the proper administration of up-scale food service operations
Certification as Food Service Manager or other as required by State County or Local regulations or ability to obtain such certification
Ability to maintain effective operating and control processes designed to provide maximum operating efficiency while ensuring adherence to established guest satisfaction criteria
Effective management, leadership, organizational and communication skills
High school diploma preferred
