Inside Sales Associate

GENERATL SUMMARY:

This is an Inside Sales and Customer Support role, responsible for lead qualification, inbound customer handling, and care plan renewal across Southeast Asia, with a focus on Indonesia.

ROLE AND RESPONSEIBILITY:

1\. Lead Generation

• Engage with prospects through phone, email, and digital channels
• Qualify campaign leads and identify sales opportunities
• Generate high-quality leads (SQLs) for distributors and sales follow-up
• Maintain a high-quality customer database in CRM

2\. Inbound Customer Support

• Act as the first point of contact for customer inquiries through phone and email
• Handle product/service-related questions timely
• Track and communicate repair case progress to customers

3\. Care Plan Renewal

• Follow up with customers on upcoming renewals
• Generate quotation and work with Service team on renewal processing
• Identify potential upsell opportunities
• Contribute directly to recurring revenue growth

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in Inside Sales or Customer Service
• Strong communication and customer engagement skills
• Fluent in English and Bahasa. Mandarin is a strong plus
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment
• Detail-oriented with strong execution capabilities
