Lendlease Singapore is currently looking for a Property Executive to join our team.
Together with the team, the Property Executive will play a vital role in setting up and managing the operational needs of our Grade A commercial building, Paya Lebar Green (PLG). This position requires a detailed-oriented professional with a solid background in operations, capable of assisting with procurement process, helping to develop and implement operational systems and procedures, and addressing ground operational matters to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the project.
Responsibilities:
- Understand and have good knowledge of the M&E systems within the asset and with the Building Manager, ensure that the systems are operated within the design efficiencies and smoothly.
- Understand and be familiar with Corporate’s requirements, policies, standards and procedures
- Review and identify any areas of improvement for asset operation for both soft services and M&E systems and ensure that the operation of the asset is optimal at all times
- Assist in overseeing the operation of soft services which includes management of service providers and tenants’ feedback in a fair manner
- Working closely with the team to understand the M&E Systems within the assets. Ensure that the systems are operated within design intent
- Reviews of LLR’s standard operation procedures and review asset existing operation process and house-rules to identify any gaps and areas for improvements
- Assist with preparation and reviewing of the annual operation expenses and forecasts
- Preparation of all necessary reports including budget, Annual Business Plan, Asset Review Reports etc
Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering/ Electrical Engineering/ Building Maintenance/ Property Management/ Facilities Management or Building Operations related or equivalent
- Minimum 2 - 3 years experiences in relevant industry
- IT savvy and proficient in MS Office Applications
- Knowledge on ACMV/ FSSD code and Green Mark will be an advantage
