The Opportunity

As a Talent Acquisition Partner (Fixed Term), you will partner closely with leaders across Dexus’ Investment business to solve complex talent challenges, deliver critical hiring outcomes and attract exceptional talent. As part of a high-performing team, you will provide trusted advice, shape hiring decisions and deliver an outstanding experience for candidates and stakeholders alike.
This role is dedicated to supporting our Investment platform, with a focus on Funds Management, Growth Markets, and Strategy & Research.

This is a 14-month fixed term role covering parental leave.
You will make an impact by:
- Acting as a trusted talent advisor, providing market insights, challenging thinking and influencing hiring decisions to deliver talent outcomes aligned to both immediate and future business needs - specifically for our Investment business units.
- Partnering with leaders to understand current and future talent needs, developing and executing tailored attraction strategies to identify, assess and secure exceptional talent across a diverse portfolio of specialist roles.
- Bringing Dexus' Employee Value Proposition to life through every interaction, authentically representing our values, culture and purpose to attract, engage and inspire exceptional talent.
- Leveraging data, market intelligence and workforce insights to inform talent strategies, measure effectiveness and enable evidence-based hiring decisions, while embracing AI and emerging technologies to drive innovation, efficiency and recruitment excellence.
- Enhancing recruitment practices, policies and processes, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives that elevate the experience for candidates, hiring leaders and stakeholders.

You build trusted partnerships, influence with credibility, and deliver thoughtful talent solutions that support business success. Thriving in a fast-paced and evolving environment, you balance competing priorities with ease and take pride in delivering exceptional experiences for candidates, hiring leaders and stakeholders alike.
You will bring:
- Proven experience in a Talent Acquisition partnering role within a complex corporate environment, ideally supporting funds management or broader investment businesses.
- Strong capability across talent attraction, direct sourcing, assessment and selection, with a passion for delivering exceptional hiring outcomes.
- The ability to influence, coach and partner with stakeholders at all levels, building credibility through insight, judgement and service excellence.
- Commercial thinking and a business-first mindset, with an understanding of how talent decisions support broader organisational objectives.
- Confidence using data, market intelligence and technology to inform decisions and continuously improve outcomes.
- Curiosity and enthusiasm for AI and emerging technologies, with a willingness to embrace
